Terms of service

The service

Beacon (“the service”), run by AI System Craft (“we”), counts and reports visits to websites you add to your account. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• Only add websites you own or are allowed to measure.
• Tell your website's visitors that you use analytics, in your own privacy policy, as the law where you operate requires.

Acceptable use

Don't use Beacon to break the law, to identify or track individual people, to send fake traffic, or to attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may pause accounts that do.

Plans and payment

• The Free plan is free. Paid plans are billed monthly in Pakistani rupees, paid in advance, and start once payment is confirmed.
• Each plan has limits on websites and monthly page views. If you go well over, we may pause recording until the next month or until you upgrade; we'll tell you first in your dashboard.
• You can stop paying at any time; your account then returns to the Free plan at the end of the paid period. Payments already made aren't refunded, except where the law requires.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes don't affect a period you've already paid for.

Your data

The data collected for your websites belongs to you. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. You can export or delete it at any time.

Availability

We work hard to keep Beacon running and your data safe, but we provide the service “as is”, without a guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. We're not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Ending

You can delete your websites or ask us to close your account at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms, with notice where we can give it.
